PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
Mirko has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in Technology Transfer and Operations.
He has held key roles such as Project Leader, Program Manager, and Global Manager for managing technology transfer portfolios with over 100 active programs. His expertise includes Agile team leadership, contract negotiation, financial monitoring, performance management, risk management, and fostering relationships with strategic stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, sponsors, and suppliers.
His career also encompasses policy harmonization, best practice improvement, and leading complex teams with over 600 direct reports. Since 2015, he has been a Qualified Person (QP) and an active member of the PDA, where he serves on the Board of Directors and as President of the Italian Chapter.
